We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented individual to help keep operations afloat at our office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping others and enjoys staying organized in a digital environment.


The Details

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Part-Time)

  • Location: In-Office (Augusta, GA)

  • Role Type: Administrative & Client Relations


Key Responsibilities

  • Hospitality: Greet clients warmly and maintain a professional, tidy office space.

  • Client Onboarding: Assist new clients with intake forms and help them navigate our CRM to upload and save documents.

  • Administrative Flow: Perform "portal clean-up" by verifying accepted returns are marked complete and backed up to our local drives.

  • Digital Engagement: Manage social media post scheduling and client communications during downtime.


Requirements & Preferred Skills

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and social media management tools.

  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow checklists for filing and digital record-keeping.

  • IRS Portal Knowledge (Big Plus!): Familiarity with IRS "My Account" to help clients find transcripts, balances, and IP PINs.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for interacting with clients in person and online.

There are a few core responsibilities that are expected with this role.


Office Presence: Greet every client with a professional demeanor and maintain a clear and welcoming office environment.


Client intake: Onboard new clients and ensure they have successfully provided all necessary documents to the CRM Portal.


Digital Maintenance: When the office traffic is low, you will transition to social media scheduling, portal cleanup and ensuring all accepted returns are ready for archiving.


Technical Support: Assist clients in navigating their portals or the IRS website to retrieve historical tax records.


This is a part time seasonal position. Hours will be Scheduled between 10am -- 3pm Monday-Friday. Opportunities will be offered on call basis for additional evening hours. Do you understand the scheduling and that this a temporary position?
